Private LESSONS
Experience one-on-one instruction with a qualified vocal coach, who teaches vocal techniques through the use of POPULAR music.

Sing Like A STAR's Private Lessons are designed for students in Grades 7 - to adult, however we will consider students younger than grade 7 on a case by case basis.
Private Lessons are available in Regina and Saskatoon only at this time.
​
What takes place during Private Lessons:
A typical lesson includes warm-ups, breathing exercises and working on a couple songs of your choice. We teach students at all levels, beginners through advanced. Even if you have no music experience at all, a vocal coach will work with you one-on-one and start at the level you are at. Your vocal coach will give you feedback on how you can improve and work with you on a variety of singing skills.
Lesson Times:
Lessons are once a week and are generally 30 minutes long. Most lessons are held between 4:00 - 9:00pm, however starting and ending times vary from coach to coach. Students can pick a time slot, with the vocal coach of their choice from Monday - Thursday evenings in Regina and Monday evenings in Saskatoon (once you have registered, we will contact you to choose your preferred time slot)

Friendly and supportive instructors focus on the following basic singing techniques:

how to breathe using your diaphragm

proper posture

clear articulation

vowel formation
-
singing with your head voice vs. chest voice
Students will have the opportunity to experience:

singing with a microphone

performing a solo at the final concert

Our private lesson season runs from September - June with concerts in December and June. Performing in concerts is not mandatory, however we encourage our students to take advantage of this opportunity.

(begins September th,16 2019). Lessons run in 30 minute increments from 4:00 - 9:00pm

$24/30 minute weekly lesson
(or 4 payments of $78)
